Membership Categories There are 4 categories in which Participating Counties are placed depending on the number of paid members as of December 31, 2009
“Associates” or “Interns”: Participating
Counties can include their Associates or Interns as part of their members
if the Associates or Interns graduate by December 31, 2009.
